Changes for ROE Web administrators
In October 2011, the previous ROE Web paper agreement was replaced with an online agreement. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that are established between a business and Service Canada for using ROE Web. Service Canada asked ROE Web administrators (Primary Officers) to accept the new online agreement and to create security questions and answers when they log in.
As of September 16, 2012, the ROE Web paper agreement is no longer valid. Since then, the Primary Officer must accept the online agreement, for users to continue to be able to submit ROEs using ROE Web. ROEs can no longer be issued until the online agreement is accepted.
Be sure to note your client ID number and security questions and answers
In the future, ROE Web administrators will have to use their client ID numbers and security questions and answers to be connected to their existing account.
Do you have a new ROE Web administrator (Primary Officer)?
If your business has a new ROE Web administrator, you must complete and submit a Change of Primary Officer form. You can find more information about changing your Primary Officer on our Web site.
